The election of US President Donald Trump is a challenging scenario for the Mexican economy and industry. In this context, building infrastructure, the modernization of production systems, the reduction of bureaucratic processes for investors, improvements in the rule of law and the creation of new regulatory institutions to assist companies and workers and the maintenance of strategic sectors’ competitiveness have become some of the country's top priorities, as well as the implementation of structural reforms approved by Congress.
