Description

The rate of entrepreneurs in Mexico has risen in recent years to 6.9 percent, especially in the age group between 25 and 34 years; a scenario that opens up great growth opportunities for a segment marked by opportunity instead of necessity. SMEs have become the backbone of the Mexican economy: 52 percent of the national GDP comes from these companies, responsible for 72 percent of the country’s employment. However, both sectors, entrepreneurs and SMEs, face multiple challenges, such as consolidation and subsequent growth.
